Omusoba là một món mì xào được bọc bên trong lớp trứng mềm mại, hấp dẫn. Từ những nguyên liệu đơn giản và dễ tìm mua, bạn có thể tự làm cho mình một đĩa Omusoba nóng hổi, nghi ngút khói, một lần thưởng thức sẽ không bao giờ quên đâu đấy.
Cải thảo rửa sạch, cắt khúc vừa ăn. Cà rốt bào vỏ cắt miếng vừa ăn. Mì soba trụng sơ với nước sôi cho mềm. Trứng gà tách ra chén, đánh đều lên.
Làm nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho cải thảo, cà rốt vào xào chín, nêm 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, trộn đều cho thấm gia vị.
Cho mì vào xào cùng cải thảo và cà rốt. Sau đó, rưới 2 muỗng canh sốt tonkatsu, 1 muỗng dầu hào. Trộn thật đều tất cả nguyên liệu và để khoảng 2 phút rồi tắc bếp cho ra dĩa để riêng.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo làm nóng, đổ trứng vào rán, không đợi trứng chín cho mì đã xào vào ngay giữa chảo. Dùng đũa lật ngược trứng lại và tạo thành hình thoi sao cho trứng ôm lấy mì.
Cho omusoba ra dĩa, thêm tương ớt lên trên, vậy là đã xong, bạn có thể thưởng thức rồi đó.
